Again Oct 30,2023 Lindi Corp to the rescue our Maytag dryer stopped heating when we called Maytag service Their first appointment would be November 28 so I should’ve called Lindi Corp in the first place and they were out before noon the same day and it was repaired by noon. Great job again Lindi Corp will always use you for both our Condo and our home.

I have had nothing but great service from the Lindi Corp and all of the different departments that they service but this most recent one really showed me that they have quality technicians. I requested a routine check of my air-conditioning unit, and when the technician arrived, he went out of his way to make sure he checked every element and noticed there was a burnt circuit board photo attached thanks to his quality work. We were able to get the thermostat properly working a problem I didn’t even know it was existing since it was been mild weather and the follow up appointment where he replaced. Do on line reviews really matter? I was looking for a plumber and called the Lindi Corp because they had a five star rating and raving reviews. When I called their office to ask about having a water heater installed, I was given the brush off (details not necessary). So I brushed them off and wrote a comment in this forum that they must not need new customers (I have now deleted that comment). Within the hour, I received a personal phone call from the owner, who had been calling several phone numbers trying to get in touch with me. He admitted right away that my call should have been handled differently and then worked to solve my leaking water heater…I needed a new one, which is being installed as I type this. I’m amending my comment to compliment the company, not only because the owner has gone above and beyond what most business owners would do, but because he has people and a plan in place to monitor social media comments. He posted an apology to me below as well on a Facebook recommendation I put up looking for a plumber even before I had an opportunity to see if anyone responded to my recommendation. If a business owner watches comments and cares this much about just one bad review and is working to resolve it in minutes using multiple media, you know he cares about customers and doing quality work. “Customers for life” might be a trite phrase, but clearly this is how Paul Chandler has built a five-star business. The work you do is of an unmatched quality and the work performed is of high quality and value.

Many people say “ you can never get a service person when you need one” I have never experienced that with the Linde Corporation, and always had a service person respond at the first opportunity, and in a reasonable amount of time. That is hard to find in Mesquite, or anywhere these days, and for that, I am grateful and appreciative.
