Mr Pawn — Local services in Mesquite

I arrived on location to do some business as usual at 5:55 pm. On 7/21/2021. I rushed to get there before they closed because I needed money and the gas light is on. When I tried to open the door it was locked and the two employees working just started at me and would not open the door. I then called the business to talk to the ladies and they refused to answer the phone all three times I called. This is by far the worst pawn shop I’ve ever had to do business with. This incident was the last straw. Why even have business hours if you’re going to close whenever you feel like it. I do a lot of business here and I deserve at least not to be ignored! About a year ago, i took my macbook pro in. Was of course given a way below value loan, went back to get it out 6 days later and they had sold it. Actually, they sold a different computer but sent mine to the buyer (if that doesn't say enough as it is). Then they treated me like it was MY FAULT. There was hardly an apology, just them telling me I'd have to wait (a week) to get mine back. Then, once I got it back they told me they weren't willing to do business with me anymore.
