I travel I-15 a lot and I used to avoid stopping in Mesquite - I would stop for gas at Terrible’s in Jean and then push through to St George for food. But this little cafe has changed it all, and I will for sure be stopping in Mesquite whenever I can in the future! It’s at the public library so I feel safe even when traveling alone. There is a library display inside so you can learn something while you wait. I got a daily special and it was delicious, especially mid-road trip when all you can usually find is fast food. It is located in the library and it’s so crazy because I remember when I was a child coming to this library and how amazing they changed it up and put a cafe in here.
