Somewhat underwhelming experience. First, there's no AC so it's very humid in the store. Second, there's no delivery, no returns, and no warranties. Third (and most important), prices are much higher than I expected i.e. $1,000 for a standard lounge chair or $300 for a table lamp. For those prices I could buy them online, get it shipped directly to me, have an option for returns/exchanges and warranties. They should advertise some of the prices online so you at least know what to expect.
