Worst service I’ve experience so far. I had 10am appointment and when I arrived I was told the person that is supposed to do my nails is running late due to traffic, which it was fine for me and I asked to be switched to an other person. That person was apparently a Master but she could barely hold the instruments, she had absolutely no experience what so ever!!!! When the lady that was supposed to do my nails arrived I asked to be switched to her and everything started to seem fine! However I had one more service , my eyebrows where scheduled as last service at 1:40pm , but the front desk person came and literally rushed me to do my eyebrows because the person that was doing it had to leave by 1pm. However again, I didn’t mind since I’m there but the service was so poor, she was obviously in a rush, didn’t even asked me what I want as a shape and did the my eyebrows in 5min, absolutely not even shape and form! So than I got back to my last service pedicure that was again finished very badly with an old nail polish that just looked horrible. But when I pointed it out that,I wasn’t offered anything , change of color or to have my toes redone since she was already late for the next appointment. I just can’t explain how poor of a service on...

Definitely don't go to this place for anything but nails. Their brow "specialist" (Andrea, or something like that) ruined the look of my brows. Showed one blond color as a sample first, then left it for too long or maybe even mixed another color and my light blond brows turned into dark grey brows. After telling administrator that it's too dark I got an answer that it is going wash out. Even though It wasn't nicely done I not only paid for service but also tipped that lady. Next day it got even worse and darker and colder tone, and nor manager or owner took any actions to apologize, make a refund, provide any kind of compensation to cover after their unprofessional specialist and make up for their mistake. Over a year ago I got same answer after their "hair stylist" put too much yellow into hair toning. He said it is going to "wash out". At least he doesn't work there anymore. I would recommend this place for manicure but management strategy is not client oriented, so if something ever goes wrong with your service - no one ever...

With all my love and sentiment to Malika- there is a reason i stopped coming and today i received worst nail service in my entire life. I came inly for gel manicure removal. I have a surgery in a few days and need clear nails. The lady performing service didint know a single word in english and she kept using a machine and burning my nails!!! Over and over again. I asked to shorten my nails just a little she chopped them super short. I couldnt communicate whatsoevthe heart of Miami!!! Not Sunny isles this is unacceptable! And the cherry on top - another technican KEPT SMOKING HER VAPE inside while doig the nails right next to me. I've seen a lot but lack of professionalism is the least to say. The studio is with very poor customer service, never coming back again. The GEL was not removed completely I was left with dome of it on rven tho I specifically asked for complete removal...
