My friend and I went there for brunch. Seated very quickly as there was no wait.
Menu is not extensive but has all the good breakfast items. We ordered one Mediterranean breakfast plate with sunny side up eggs and another Mediterranean breakfast with over medium. For drinks, we asked for one cappuccino and one earl grey tea.
Waiter came filled up our water and took our order which was a big challenge because he simply didnt know how to take an order. It was a few back and forth, repetitions. After few minutes later someone else came and took our order all over again.
Breakfast plates arrived but we didn’t get our hot beverages. We reminded and after a short wait, they only brought the cappuccino and not the tea. Again reminded the tea… we were already half way done with our breakfast and this time they brought green tea… The waiter acknowledged their mistake after alerting her that we asked for earl grey tea. She offered to change it but at that point i had to just cancel the tea as it was very annoying and i was done with my breakfast…
Like the overall experience wasn’t enough, the waiter who couldn’t take our order, just kept coming back and asking at least 4-5 times “if everything was great.” 🤔🥴
On top of it, we were still charged 20% for the service tip….
Obviously, this wasn’t a good experience. I hope they learn something from this review and make some positive changes for providing a better...
Read moreThe Salt Café is a delightful dining spot with charming lights adorning the trees, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I had the pleasure of trying the Greek salad with shrimp, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were exquisite, and every bite was a culinary delight. My husband opted for the house special, the Salt Burger, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The combination of flavors and the quality of the ingredients truly made the dish memorable.
One standout aspect of our dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Kristina, the manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. Kristina's knowledge about the food and her attentiveness to our needs were truly impressive. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all our questions added an extra touch of warmth to our visit.
Overall, the Salt Café is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. From the delicious food to the enchanting ambiance and outstanding service, this restaurant truly exceeded our...
Read moreBeware of price gouging from this restaurant. Me and my wife had a terrible experience at this “cafe” where they don’t even have a coffee menu. My wife had a poach egg with avocado toast where the egg with stone cold and overcook while the smoke salmon was mushy possibly expired. The service was slow and had to call multiple time for the bill. If only the food was terrible and the service was bad I would not even right a review and just let it slide, but when I ask for bill they only gave me the machine and tell me the total without any bill. I just trust that they gave me the correct price since we did not order a lot. I still gave them tip to be polite and they literally asked for it. However I still asked for a receipt afterward and to my surprise they already charge me 20% for service charge and still asked me to tip on top of that. This is completely dishonest business practice. They purposely hide the fact that tips was included in the bill and still...
