Route 66 Hand Car Wash — Local services in Miami Beach

I brought my car for a regular car wash and when I picked it up the door panel was loose and the pins broken as if someone pulled the door off. They said it was like that when I got there, which of course is a lie. They know it wasn’t like that because I bring my 2 cars to them regularly, the guy who received my car can say for a fact the door was in perfectly normal condition.

It wasn’t my first time here so I expected being treated as a loyal customer or at least as a paying customer who’s always been very respectful to them and their business. It didn’t happen.

I don’t mind repairing it, what I don’t like is dishonesty and lies. I won’t ever bring my cars to them again and I suggest to everyone to avoid this place, not because they can’t wash a car, but because when the do something wrong they won’t take any responsibility and will...

worst experience i have ever had….very rude,,, the guy did a lousy job on my black car…there were mud spots all around the cars that they did not remove…when i pointed it out to him….He mentioned to me that this you have to do it yourself….

i confronted the owner about his employee rude behavior ,, all he kept on saying was Que pasa , que pass, no problem ,,,,,

he did not force his workers to correct their mistakes , charged me 20 dollars and they left the key hanging on a dirty box for me to pick up….

rest Assured i will never go back there!!! One block down ,,, south beach finest hand car wash has long queue of cars waiting to get Service !!! I wonder why…

Do not go here, they were tasked only with removing the love bugs off the car. I explicitly describe what I wanted a 3x3 foot area cleaned free of bugs. they didnt do it at all. wings were all over it and when I got home a little spray cleaner and attention to detail to each bug and they were gone. sand left in the car and didnt clean off the brake dust from the rims. THE WORST CARWASH in MIAMI BEACH, no in florida for that matter.

I couldnt be clearer what I wanted! totally ignored and that "no habla" stuff dont work with me, we speak 5 languages in the car that day. DONT GO HERE! theres a reputable and popular car wash just down the...
