I first found susana on-line by searching for Spanish teachers in Miami on google. Spanish Hangout came up as one of the results. After researching their website and speaking to my friends about Spanish Hangout, I was surprised to find out that many of my friends already knew about this school and it’s teacher/owner susana. She used to be located in the WeWork on Lincoln Road where many friends of mine also had offices. This made me comfortable and happy to hear that she was a nice, professional and real person.

I use Spanish at my work and need to speak it because we have many clients from South America. I felt behind because in my office I am the only non-native speaker of Spanish and have to compete with co-workers that speak Spanish as their first language. I have beed studying twice a week with susana for the past three months and have went from casual conversational Spanish to giving professional business presentations directly to clients all in Spanish. The clients really appreciate that I am learning the language and they can understand me because susana focuses on correct proper grammar with clear pronunciation. She did not teach me to merely speak in Spanish, she taught me to speak spanish with clear pronunciation and proper grammar.

Class with Susana is alway good, even when the subject matter gets hard. She is patient, kind, has a good personality and most of all is a good teacher. It takes a special kind of person to be patient, clear, kind and focused on your progress as a teacher and susana is all of these things.

I have taken multiple Spanish courses over the years but Susana's Spanish Hangout course is by far the best!

When I moved to Miami, I looked into a variety of Spanish classes and was impressed by the excellent reviews that Spanish Hangout had. I took the placement test on the Spanish Hangout website and contacted Susana for more information on upcoming classes. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to talk to me on the phone prior to my registering for a class to discuss the best level for me. I ended up taking Advanced Beginners (the second level) - it's perfect for anyone with a little bit of general background in Spanish (if you know how to introduce yourself, basic adjectives to describe yourself, etc.). I am now almost done with Advanced Beginners and registering for the next level.

Languages have never been my strong suit but Spanish Hangout has greatly improved my Spanish comprehension, reading and speaking skills. The classes are very small - approximately 8 students - and focus on fun, interactive lessons that make you speak in Spanish frequently during the class - the best way to learn! I have only extremely positive things to say about Susana and Spanish Hangout! and I am so glad I selected Spanish Hangout to embark on my Spanish learning...

Hello everybody, I moved from Boston to Miami Beach in April regarding my job. It was a big change not only related to the Brutal cold weather of Boston to Amazing warm weather of Miami Beach ;)))) but it was change in the people around me as well. A LOT OF SPANISH SPEAKING PEOPLE. Even the Pollo Tropical guys at Miami beach will be calling your order in Spanish as well... lolssssssss :)) I got confused there lot of times that is it my order number or not :D . Lot of people at my work talk in Spanish. So I decided to take some classes for Spanish. One of my colleague at my work told me about Susana (SpanishHangout Spanish language Teacher). She is an amazing teacher. She always give her 100% so that other person can understand properly. Not only this , she knows different dialects as well and she will teach you how this sentence or word is spoken in different - different countries. Which word is mostly used by Mexican people, which by Peruvians , Cubans, Colombians, Argentina people etc. She is a very sweet teacher as well. :))) I would definitely recommend her to anybody & everybody who want to learn...
