iLaser Jewelers LLC — Local services in Miami Township

Recently I laser jewelers was recommended by a vendor from the Fairfield mall. Although I lived about 20 miles away from the Dayton mall I elected to drive to the Dayton mall to get work done on 4 watches, 2 were very high end the others were what I considered daily wear. The merchant was able to order the parts and get 3/4 repaired properly. The other was never fixed although it was only a battery replacement. No issues, I paid for the services provided and went on my way. Needless to say it wasn’t inexpensive but nonetheless less I was somewhat satisfied. Prior to leaving I had indicated that I had another watch the needed repairing and that once I found it I would return. Fast forward three months. I drive the distance to arrive on a Friday, no one in the facility. I walk in and start casual conversation saying hey I’m back, do you remember me and so on. So I ask how much...he’s says a price and I say well that’s not what you said before. He states “you no like the price then I don’t do”. Now granted we were talking about a minor price difference—but his response was pretty demeaning. He offered to do it for the new price quoted or not to and that’s it. I countered numerous time with hey, I just spent a lot $ here and that’s not what you said. So I had a choice—feel mistreated as though I was not welcome and he was doing me a favor or walk. I walked. Although the prices were reasonable, no on should walk into an establishment and feel as though their money is not worthy of the services rendered. While I have my perceptions of why this happened, it’s difficult to prove-/or dude was having a really bad day. Who knows. If you like being treated 3d rate, this is the place for you. iLaser needs to be at a higher rating! My best friend and her fiance (who once was a jeweler) recommend iLaser. The service my fiance and I received was excellent. I'm am recently engaged and needed my ring resized. Before the recommendation I did call a couple places to see how long it took to resize a ring, the average was a week minimum. My friend said she got her ring resized within an hour at iLaser. I went on a Wednesday and got my ring resized in less than 40 minutes! I have zero complaints!
