The reason why I'm saying it's okay it's because we do love the dog toys there and the dog treats. But for how they're taking care of the animals for bathing self bathing I do not like the tub is completely not useful for animals that are really small or that are very scared of containers like that especially ones that are a bit disabled and they cannot get up that high they did have a stool but the stool was completely sliding back and forth even just from one push my dog almost got injured again from the incident even when I went to sit down on the stool to get them dried off I even with sliding off of it is there going to have a a bath serve place they at least have to make sure that there are non-slip flooring and non-slip stools I don't know why they think that these bad things are even great to use. Customer service was great! However, things were not labeled correctly with the prices, leading me to spend almost double on an item that was originally labeled for $44 and it was actually $66 for a 2lb bag of cod skins. The pricing of everything in that store is almost double to triple the price of other pet stores. For that reason alone I will not return to Hollywood Feed as it is OVERPRICED! But thank you to the kind ladies that work there for their help. EDIT: The store reached out and admitted the labeling on some items were confusing and corrected the issues. I absolutely love every single one of the team members at Hollywood Feed in Springboro. They have gone above and beyond to help me out numerous times. The self-serve washing stations are always clean and well-stocked and we utilize them practically weekly. The delivery service has been a life saver more than once. Last time we were out of town our dogs got sick, the team members helped by recommending products to help with their upset tummies and reminded me of that they offer delivery so that our dog-sitter didn’t even have to leave the house.
