In October on 2023 I traded in 4 phones and I got 4 phones. The following month November I only received one trade in discount for only 1 of the lines. I have called customer service about 6 times and talked to multiple people. Several of the customer service representatives said it should be on your next bill. Still waiting!!!! The last guy I talked to Robert on the customer service line told me to go back to the store cause someone didn’t do their job add you discounts. So I went back to the store talked to one of the guys that actually helped me the day I first got my phones. He said he was going to put a work order in. Come to find out he quit that same week that I talked to him. I feel that they have stolen 3 of my phones, I don’t understand where my phones went unless the clerk stole them and sold them to make cash on the side. I have asked for them to review the surveillance tapes. Still haven’t heard nothing, it’s like I’m getting the run around. Also I don’t understand how they price what they are giving back on your phones. They customer service guy couldn’t even tell me what kind of phone we was getting a promo on. Read moreTHESE PEOPLE ARE CONS. I would give a ZERO STARS IF I COULD. When the new iPhone 7 trade in program came, these people acted all professional and behaved like normal sales associates, but when we traded in our old iPhones for the new iPhone 7, they assured us that we would get credited on our account and the phone would essentially be free. Then they required us to buy an accessory or we wouldn't get to buy the phone!!! Thought it was all normal at first... a couple month down the road, our bill only got higher. After calling Verizon customer service, they said that there was absolutely no record of a trade in and our old phones couldn't even be tracked!!!! Going through the receipt they gave us, it had go wireless written all over it but no Verizon logo. They just assured us it would work and said a box would come in the mail to subit our old phones. Looking back, the boxes were exact replicas to official Verizon trade in boxes but they never reached the Verizon trade in department (obviously because we couldn't tell the difference). Now we have to pay FULL PRICE for our iPhone 7's and lost good, perfectly fine iPhone 6's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO TO AN OFFICIAL VERIZON...
Read moreUpdate 15 August 2025: Well it turns out Draven "miscommunicated" on a lot. I'll spare the details but he had me thinking I could add a line for $10 and trade in any phone for a new Galaxy S25. Turns out both were only true if I met a very specific criteria. And three months later (because it takes 3 billing cycles for all promotions to kick in) I find out I didn't meet any of those criteria. So now I'm stuck paying much higher than I originally was told. The specific store itself isn't to blame because the guy who sold me everything was temporarily filling in from a different location. Today one of the regular workers, Trenton, helped me out the best he could, and remained patient and polite. I'd go back and work with Trenton any time.
