I unfortunately was forced to use this CVS when my CVS (target in Beavercreek) did not have the prescription I needed. The Beavercreek CVS called to make sure this CVS had the medicine in stock before I drove all the way to Springboro to get it. When I got there, I was told the prescription hadn’t even been filled yet and that I’d have to wait 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I had an incredibly snarky employee come up to me and tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I told her that I had driven 30 minutes down here because Beavercreek CVS called to make sure they had it in stock. She gave me an exasperated “I’ll check again” and checked with the pharmacist. After another five minutes I walked back up to the counter to check on the status and the same employee gave me a nasty “they were able to find it.” After another five minutes I was able to finally get the prescription. I give this two stars because I was ultimately able to get what I needed, but the whole experience was awful. The guy next to me waited for 15-20 minutes for his script and when he finally went up to the counter to let them know he’d just come back for it, they said “Oh it’s ready.” He gave me an exasperated look as he walked up to get his prescription.
The pharmacy at this CVS needs a lot of help. That being said, the front staff seemed very nice and helpful and greeted me on my way...
Read moreHorrible, lazy, & nasty store management. Went to return an item bought 2 days prior & refused to give me my money back. I checked out at the self checkout, paid cash, tried to return the item, & Ms. Regina refused to do my return because “it wasn’t coming up”, said there was nothing she could do because it was a taxable item. Didn’t even try to override or even ask the actual store manager himself for help, just said there’s nothing I can do. Not my fault your robo computers rang it up that way. Being a store manager she should know better, but it just goes to show she didn’t want to be bothered with such a task & her facial expressions & body language showed that. I then took it to the Centerville location & low and behold the very nice & understanding store manager there was able to help me in less than 5 minutes & give me a return on a gift card with absolutely no problem & that was after making sure she called & talked to the Springboro manager first. No wonder the Springboro store goes through employees like water, because they don’t want to work with miserable shift managers like Regina. Kudos to CVS in Centerville for actually caring & getting...
Read moreI feel like every time I’ve gone in here the service gets worse and worse. Idk if it’s a bad boss or work environment, but just about every employee talks extremely rudely and o even had a female employee roll her eyes at me. Don’t get me wrong there’s a few good employee here, but not many. Today I dropped off a prescription at 9:30 am and I didn’t get it until after 2 pm. I don’t live around here I come after my doctors appointment to get it filled. I went in to ask if it was ready yet and the employee said “well you get text notifications right?” And she made a face. It wasn’t like I was being a Karen or whatever I just wanted to know if it was done or close to it. It had already been like 3 hours at that point. I mean how hard is it to put 30 pills into a bottle? When I dropped off the prescription there was like no one there and they weren’t even busy. In my opinion it shouldn’t even take half an hour to refill that script. I guess Walgreens will be getting my money...
