The store has great selection in clothes and I truly loved the clothes as I bought a few stuff but the lady that works there is beyond rude, the worst customer service I receivered in my life, this older lady should not be anywhere near customers. She was giving me attitude and pretty much trying to make me not buy the clothes. I'm a very polite person, she was snapping at me for no reason at all, I was checking the top to making sure the top was in a good condition and she was making non stop rude remarks that I should get a magnifying glass, and if I dont want it dont buy it none stop. Then she accused me of saying something and I didnt say anything at all and I told her she misheard me then she talked back saying she didnt that's what I said...beyond crazy lady!! I would normally just leave when someone was beyond rude like she was but I decided to buy the tops anyways because I really loved them. And the lady is very old, maybe it's an age thing.. I go to this plaza on a daily with my friend she lives there and due to her extreme rudeness she lost two very good customers who would have spent lots of money if the lady wasnt so rude for no reason. And the top that I was checking that the lady got mad for me checking did have a RIP at the end :-( I still love it.. and luckily I'm a designer who can fix it. Avoid this store unless your ready for real attitude. This store would do better...

I have never met such rude shop owners. I arrived at the Double Tree Hilton and my room was not ready and my luggage was not with me. I was very cold and was walking around trying to find just a light sweater. I went in and found a lovely sweater for $69. She asked if she could show me one at the front of the store and I explained I was only trying to find something a little cheaper until my luggage arrived. She then replied that "This is Italian silk and if it is too expensive maybe you should go sharp at target because I'm cheap". I have never felt so insulted in my life. Not only that, my boyfriends cousin was looking at a painting while I shopped and asked about a painting that was $85,000. He politely said "that is an expensive painting". She then began to yell at him that he had no right to call her stuff expensive and he obviously did not know the painter and he said he did not and asked who it was and she began to point and yell at him that he was rude. Our entire family was then yelled at for being rude and saying bad things about their products, when he even tried to explain he meant no harm by the statement. I have complained to hotel...
