I can't say enough amazing things about my experience so far. I'm 3 sessions into my 10 session package, and I'm so mind blown by the results so far.
Here is my review so far. Very lengthy, but the details are key, and the value is so massive.
I'm 36 and have been slowed down and hurt by some bad injuries since 2020.
I tore my adductor partially off the bone, and also had a grade 2 hamstring tear on the opposite leg that popped while sprinting. It affected how I walk and I developed bad pain in my achilles.
A couple of weeks ago, I finally decided I needed serious help, so I emailed DBC, and within 5 minutes James Rodriguez hit me back and invited me for free consultation.
I signed up for a training package with James within 10 minutes of him talking to me in the consultation, and him telling me what he can do. I've experienced enough trainers over the past few years to know this guy speaks a language very few trainers speak, and I knew he was going to give me out of this world results.
Since then, every action or interaction Ive had with James, I mean every minute, he is nonstop giving me what I need to get better. He is so detail oriented from head to toe (literally). For example, He will correct the degree I hold my head at during a stretch by a few degrees because he knows precision, and I'm stunned at the difference it makes.
James' training has literally changed my life. I can feel my explosiveness starting to come back. This past Saturday was the first day in 3 years I ran with no pain. I could not believe it. No achilles pain, no hamstring tightness, no urge to go get an ice bath to make the pain go away.
This was after my second session all because of the correct mechanics James has been teaching me and having me implement. I know soon I will be feeling more athletic and springy God Willing than I was when I was 20, as I continue training with him.
It feels so so great to walk with no pain, to be able to get out of bed and not be scared of how much my calves will hurt or how tight my achilles will be. I still have a ways to go but I know I am on my way.
The whole vibe of this place is just about results in the most positive strong minded way. I really respect how it is run, the environment they've created, and really how they have so much integrity and genius and commitment to being the absolute best about what they do, which is so rare in today's world.
I'd highly recommend hitting up James Rodriguez if you're thinking about this place because it will be one of the most valuable decisions of your life.

ERIC is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I have definitely seen improvements. I was so depressed and sad when I first started with ERIC. I was at the heaviest of all time. I am 5'8 and was 241. Working hard, staying focused and setting goals all with ERIC motivating and supporting me got down to 194. I am still working my way to my goal weight of 180. I never thought I could do it. But with ERIC training and teaching me I now see that it is doable. I believe in myself which I never did. I am excited and motivated. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

One of the things that has impressed me me most with DBC versus other gyms is the level of service and amenities provided! I always take advantage of their "recovery" room for the therapy gun and/or the leg compression after a good workout.
