Not nearly as "hype", crowded, or flashy as the Flight Club Miami and NYC locations used to be but still a good selection of brand new shoes and sizes, pricing is anywhere between OK and overpriced depending on what you're getting. purchased a DS pair of Metallic 5s for just about market value and employees were fairly helpful. Only complaints are: 1. Sizes and prices aren't labeled, so you have to go to the employees yourself in order to know if something is in stock and how much it costs. 2. The store is a bit boring as there is no pre owned sneakers, apparel, or accessories available and the glass cases in the middle are also gone now so it's just two large walls of sneakers on each side and nothing else besides the small try on booth. Don’t listen to 99% of the bad reviews you see below. They just didn’t understand the type of store this is. It’s not like a Nike store, they aren’t selling their own shoes. People come and ask them to sell shoes on the peoples behalf, that’s called consignment. That’s why there’s no refunds and they don’t have all available sizes at all times. They also make those two facts abundantly clear with a sign at the checkout desk as well as letting you know there are no refunds before you swipe your card. If these people did not read the sign or listen to the cashier then that is their fault. Shopped here many times and has always been a great experience. I am very disappointed by the service or lack of service i have received from this company. I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and have not received a confirmation or tracking email from the company.I emailed customer service and spoke with Camila, my issue has yet to be resolved and I have not received any correspondence providing an update.
