Crafty Coffee & Kitchen — Restaurant in Miami

After 2 hours of taking pictures in the studio which shares the lot with the food truck my friends and I were hungry and still in the mood to sit together and enjoy lunch so we walked over and the owner greeted us patiently as we made or minds over what we all wanted to order I had the grilled chicken sandwich which he was kind enough to regard my allergy and remove the egg it was amazing flavorful like a really good grilled chicken sandwhich and French fries it was 10/10 which is why I’m writing this review (2 of my friends had tacos and 1 had a cheeseburger and we were all extremely satisfied)and the service was so lovely and the owner was so kind so if you’re in the area definitely recommend you...

This is probably one of the best food trucks in all of Miami, and my favorite place in all Wynwood. A hidden gem in my opinion. It specializes in simple, clean & fresh Colombian food. But i think of it more as “gourmet” Latin American. The food is healthy and incredibly fresh (which isn’t always easy to find in Miami). But i think what sets it apart is just how much pride the owner takes in his work. He always goes above and beyond in some small way, such that when you eat the food, you can tell it was made with A LOT of love. The cherry on top is that Gonzo (the owner) is probably one of the kindest human beings I have ever met — it makes frequenting this place...

The chef at El Zambo stayed late to prepare our food and proceeded to put together some of the most unique and exciting flavors I’ve tried in a long time. We tried the chicken empanadas, the salmon burger, and the salmon filet which came with tostones and salad. We also each had a fresh mango drink. Everything was prepared thoughtfully and tasted delicious. The ingredients were all fresh and seasoned to perfection. Eating here was the highlight oh our first night back in Miami.
