Taste of R Cuisine (TRC Burger) — Restaurant in Miami

Can’t believe I haven’t made this review sooner!! My partner & I have been coming to this French street food truck since the beginning! We probably make a stop here for lunch or dinner at least once a month, coming from major foodies like my partner & I.. it says a lot!!! This food truck is just SO different from the rest, from their food options, to drinks, music choices, and staff. Overall so organic & immensely enjoyable!!!! Especially since it’s ran by an amazing couple/ team they take pride in their food/ service!!! Recommended drinks & dishes would be the blueberry lemonade, passion fruit lemonade, goat/Brie on toast, truffle parm fries, crispy chicken barquette, Alfredo pasta as a perfect side with any meat, hanger steak all meat options go perfect with either pasta or fries!! Don’t forget their sauces!!! Mushroom sauce, peppercorn, sweet chili!! Pretty much ANYTHING! Will be a “Wow all great, so flavorful! “ You even have the option to top your plates with melted cheese!!! Once you try it, you’ll end up craving it...

Visited this establishment for the first time on 8/20/2021 while visiting Miami have moving my daughter into her dorm at the U. The food was amazing and cooked to order! This is not a place to stop by if you are looking for a quick meal, about 15-30 minutes depending on the order. The hanger steak was tender, seasoned well, and cooked perfectly (medium)! The French fries were good and the salad was good with the homemade dressing. Add the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade, with a hint of mint and I was on cloud nine. The food was so good that I had to return the next day before I got on the road for my long drive back to Maryland. This time I added grilled shrimp to my hanger steak meal! Another mixed review, like many people here mentioned. It was the best burger I've had in years, but the fries were so-so and it took around 20 mins to prepare despite the fact I was there at a fairly slow time of the day (3pm). The 'original lemonade' was a slushy and contained finely chopped mint, which is cool but not to everyone's taste and should have been clearly mentioned in advance.
