I met Carlos white going through the Navy Federal True Car Buying process. Carlos and Guillermo more than an extra mile for me. I traveled to Hawaii during the purchase process and traveled from California to pick my new car up. Carlos kept up constant communication. Despite the time difference between Hawaii and California to Miami when I text Carlos he responded! He and Guillermo made sure I understood every aspect during every step.
When I arrived to pick up my 24 Audi Q5 it was already pulled up and ready. The car was METICULOUSLY detailed. Carlos offered me water, coffee, charged my cellphone (which died a few minutes after I arrived at the dealership). After getting through all the explanations of the paperwork and signatures it was time to take my new car home.
However, Carlos didn't let me leave without a detailed lesson on my new Audi. From the cockpit, the doors, sounds panel, apple cast play connect to the spare tire and roof rack rails Carlos gave me a pertinent auto operations lesson for me to drive. I was shocked because Carlos works at Ferrari of Miami and sells Ferraris but knew every detail about the different functions of my Audi.

We visited Ferrari of Miami to assist my spouse when looking into a vehicle and Rigo was amazingly attentive and completely involved with moving the process along so she could get in the vehicle same day we walked in. He walked he through every step from turning in her previous vehicle, solidifying the financing for her new vehicle, and even stayed after to make sure everything was resolved 100%. There was no rush or pressure and during brief pauses while awaiting responses he even took the time to find my current vehicle. We left that day very pleased with her purchase and would later return for mine.
On the day of purchasing my vehicle Rigo was not in as he was away on business. Giuseppe stepped in and was immediately as attentive. I provided the simple information inspected the vehicle, which Rigo had waiting for me in the driveway, and then Giuseppe completed the entire experience. These two did not miss a beat.
