This place is the worst place ever. I literally ordered a salad a hour ago. I told the guy Philip you know the one with horrible customer service that I wanted my salad with fresh lettuce my salad came with yellow lettuce that means It wasn’t fresh when I called back to complain and to ask for another salad they said they told me that’s the only lettuce they have . How do you run out of fresh lettuce 2. When I asked to speak to manager he said I would have to call back the next day but aren’t you the manger why should I call back the next day . He gave me the managers cell phone number and the manager which is the only one that has great customer service according to his co worker didn’t answer . Honestly I consider this place the worst to order. I order Chicken Tropical they send me this small bowl of chicken that tasted terrible like Tuna or bad food. This was my lunch, be side was very small, and price is $12 ($12???? for what). With $12 you can eat a delicious plate home made some where else, or eat at Rice Kabob that is extremely healthy food or any other place, even Pollo Tropical has 1000 times better food than this place. Do not get ripped off from this place, even the taste and smell stay on your mouth from most of the plates that my coworkers ate from this place. Everyone were disappointed, and we never order again...

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. Doordash, the third-party service they use, canceled my order just minutes away from my house. When I called the store, the manager said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call the driver. The driver told me he had a flat tire and hung up.

I called the store again for help, but the manager, citing a rush, refused to assist and didn’t even let me speak, saying it was "a process."
