Subway — Restaurant in Miami

I go to this restauraunt regularly. I usually LOVE the food here, and when I write "extra toasted" in the special instructions, they listen and do everything I ask. However, today, this man who was likely a new worker and was very socially awkward handed me my food (I ordered online) and it was the worst thing I have ever tasted. The sandwich itself might've been classified as a liquid had it been an element on the periodic table. He put 10 tons of mayonnaise, he toasted the tomatoes (dont TOAST tomatoes AND lettuce!!!!) which let all the tomato juice flow out into the bread, the bread was EXTREMELY SOGGY for an extra toasted sandwich, it collapsed on my hand and dripped a yellow liquid (tomato sauce? The tomatoes were half green) from both sides. I am having a terrible stomach reaction to this food and had to throw away my $15 order (3 footlongs) because of how much liquid there was in my sandwich. I cringe and my stomach turns thinking about it and I likely will not be returning unless this individual is off his shift or they do...

Monday, February 4th, 2019 at 3:20pm. The woman working refused to give me her name and eventually hung up on me, twice. I had to call several times and place the order multiple times, give my cc info more than once and she would just hang up because she couldn't figure out the POS system. Refused to give me her name and refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

She had me on hold for so long that the uber driver left before she could add a simple soup to the order. I literally called the second the order was placed.

How can you have someone working here who doesn't speak English and can't work the POS.

Will not order from here or eat here again. I wish I could give you zero stars.

Not related to a sandwich in any shape or form, but this definitely talks of the great character of a person I encountered today. I don’t know her name, but the woman who helped me today is a saint. I almost lost my phone. My phone not only has majority of my major credit cards attached to the wallet on the back, but my IDs/drivers license/etc. Whoever worked on 0/14/22 around 12:00pm really saved my butt. My husband and I were frantically running around the complex looking for my phone, and simultaneously a woman who found my phone was looking for me to return it. Thank you for taking time out of your shift to find me. This woman deserves a raise and all the flowers. My faith in humanity is restored, and words cannot express how thankful I am....
