I want everyone to know that the service here is somewhat bearable. The complaints that I have are not with the employees but with how they treat them. They work there and have a system where it tells them specific items/games for sale but leaves out many games and bundles that clearly show to be available online. It's happened to me multiple times where my whole plan is to go and reserve a game and when I get there, the employees tell me that they don't have what I'm asking for. At first I thought it was just the employee must have been new or something but no. Their system just doesn't show them everything. In my most recent experience, I had to show the employee through my phone what I was specifically there to reserve. They input a code for the game and the bundle I wanted was not in their system yet on my phone it showed what I wanted. So I'll say this as my final review, I've been coming to this Gamestop for years and to see that it isn't employees' fault and that they are lost themselves leads me to believe that the Gamestop corporation just doesn't care anymore. After that guy in the counter opened it with an attitude of " im tired of working but i have to open mandatory" then i asked for the cabled he told me " is in the back side" without looking me in the eyes. After expending like 5 minutes searching i found it and i tried to open the box to confirm theres was the correct cable i didnt know you cannot open it like that because it was sealed. Im not a video game person i was looking the cable as a favor for a friend. That was my fault. But suddenly he screamed at me as if he was the " drama police" EXCUSEEE MEEE YOU CANT DO THAT IF IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT IMMA TAKE THE LOSS. And the seal wasnt even broken. I was told I need a ticket me being clueless, I showed my receipt with the full purchase of the game. She said there were given out tickets earlier and she even went on the speaker telling everyone about. First of I dint here anything and there were even a few associate walking by and dint even say anything about it. There should of been signs or something. I really don't understand why I couldn't get my game that I paid full price weeks ago. There was still a good 10 minutes left before closing. I am just going avoid buying games at game stop or especially pre order games. I am very disappointed in this and so were a lot of other people.
