The manager Jess was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. What impressed me the most was the personalized recommendations I received. Don't wanna be that guy, but the manager/owner should know that i've pulled up twice at 7:40 April 14 2022 and April 15 2022 and they denied my service also treated my girlfriend in a bad manner. Walked into the store and there were 2 girls just sitting there playing with their phones. When I started to explain my issue they did not want to listen to my problem with billing and with trying to change my plan. They were not helpful at all even after I explained to them ghat I was directed to them by ATT. The first thing that independent owner should do is hire personnel that have customer service skills and not personnel that has no idea how to take care of a client. I will NEVER go back to that...
