PROS: Stayed on a business trip and it was great. It is located within the business district so my workshop was less than five minutes away. Not only that, but restaurants, takeaways, pharmacies, and department stores were nearby (within 5-15 minutes)- with Panda Express, Chipotle, and Starbucks being in the same lot. Parking was free and it wasn't difficult finding a spot. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the interior designed (except for one part stated below). My room (odd numbered) had a beautiful view of the lake and it was nice seeing people canoe. I especially liked the bathroom - its layout and built-in products. Breakfast was included and it was tasty. Persons could dine-in or take something to go. It also turns into a restaurant with happy hour in the afternoon. I also liked that in the lobby they had items for sale. Customer and cleaning services were great as well. Late checkout was also available upon request and is based on availability. I also appreciated the security measures such as having to use your room key to operate the elevator. CONS: My bed was too hard and lumpy for me but my coworkers stated that theirs were great. There are no microwaves in the room, only the lobby, and my fridge did not cool nor does it have a freezer section. One of my coworkers also stated that hers did not cool much. There is no closet - you had to hang your clothes on the designed pipe or wall rack. This caused me to wake up startled at times thinking someone was standing in the room (lol). For long-term customers, there are no drawers, therefore, you will have to live out of your suitcase. This was not an issue for me as my stay was only four nights, however, for others, it may be so. Also I heard weird noises that are more pronounced at night. At first, I thought someone was trying to get into my room but I later deduced that it may be the building's plumbing. I am a light sleeper, thus, this also startled me at times and woke me out of my sleep. OVERALL: I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here if I was to visit the city on vacation or business again. It was ideally located and great inside.

This is my second time posting a review because my review was taken down/deleted. I am not sure why and I hope it doesn’t get taken down again because that’s unethical. I stayed at this hotel and can verify that. Unfortunately, I will not stay at Hilton ever again. Not only was the AC broken and had to call maintenance twice to fix it, the room remained humid/inconsistent. Upon check in, I had my two ESA animals with me. I asked if there's anything I needed to do and was told everything was okay to wait for check out. This was a missed opportunity to inform me this "pet friendly" hotel would charge me $160.50 for my animals upon check out. Upon check out, the front desk staff informed me they cannot do anything about the fee they weren't transparent about. I do commend the front desk staff for being kind at least. I called customer service and spoke with "Helen" and she also informed me there is nothing she can do. They won't accept the paperwork signed for my licensed psychologist. I had all the proper paperwork for both ESA and vaccination records. I'd like to point out to those who are seeking a "pet friendly hotel" that they have one spot of grass in the front and they do not refill their pet waste station. When I spoke to the customer service agent to let them know the bags were not filled on their property, she said it is not their responsibility to maintain the station. Attached is a picture. Also, for a "pet friendly" hotel, they did not ask for proof of vaccination. The location is convenient to the airport and they provide shuttles who seemed fairly consistent/on schedule. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience whatsoever. I made sure to have my room tidy for checkout and tipped generously for the cleaning service. I will never stay at Hilton again. The customer service was not effective and to be frank, the online representative "Helen" had an attitude when I was nothing but kind.

My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights while her service dog was in the hospital nearby. While the location is convenient (several dining options a few steps away, overlooks the airport and business park), breakfast was good, spacious rooms, those are the only positives we experienced. We checked in and had a first floor room near the lobby. Good thing as one of the elevators was out of service. We went to use the toilet only to find it was not even assembled. The lid fell off in my hand and the seat was not even attached to the toilet! Forget about flushing. Every time I had to remove the tank lid, mess with the lever inside until it would flush and fill up. Then within 5 mins of being in the room, we discovered our feet were black with dirt despite the overpowering smell of cleaning solution. I went to complain to the front desk and was told someone from maintenance would be there shortly. No such luck. So the next day when we left to visit her dog, we told the front desk that we were leaving and they could send housekeeping and maintenance to fix things. I also let them know that water was spilled on one bed and we had stripped the sheets to prevent the mattress from getting soaked. We returned later that evening to find the sheets still piled up on the floor, the bed not made with sheets, and the floor still filthy. They did reattach the toliet lid and seat. However, when I went to use it, the lid fell off as I lifted it and I still could not flush without messing with the tank parts. I went back to the front desk to complain again. A mismatch of bed linens was eventually left outside our door and I had to make the bed. Despite my complaints, nothing had been done. The other headache was the gated parking garage. You have to pay $15 a night to park and use your room key to enter/exit. Well twice we could not enter so we had to go to the desk for a new key. When we went to leave after checking out, we could not get out of the garage. Upon checking out I was asked how our stay was and I told them again how our room was never cleaned, I had to make the bed, the toilet was never fixed and the garage was a headache. All the person could say was I’m sorry. No discount or anything offered. I am not one to complain, but this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had in a hotel. I spent over $800 for 3 nights and this is the service we get? I...
