Highly recommend. Lisnet has been my angel sent from nail heaven! Found my local nail spot! (Finally). Cant say enough positive things about Mary’s Nails. I came in for the first time a bit over one month ago, nails mistreated and in shambles. It was all hands on deck on day 1 to do the best treatment for long term care vs just doing a quick job & getting me out of the door (Mary stepping in to help as well!). I’ve been a positive different in just a short time. They are super communicative in terms of booking appointments & overall have a very positive environment. Poor customer service, complete indifference to the customer. The lady who was doing my nails cut me because of being too distracted talking to her coworker, then got “surprised” when I asked why this keeps happening and then she just LEFT. Didn’t say a word. Her colleague had to finish the service. Embarrassing childish behavior. Quality of work is worth one star since my nails were not even shaped evenly, and I now have a cut on one of them. Mind you, I am a first time customer and am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I still paid for the service to not get any more stress. Absolutely LOVED my experience here and my nails turned out so beautiful. Yecenia was so sweet, incredibly thorough, and detail oriented with my nails. She really took her time making sure everything was done well, which I appreciated so much. She did a great job removing my previous set, and doing a full set of apres with a design. This is the best manicure I've gotten in Miami, and I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!
