5/5 – A Taste of Spain in the Sky
I had an incredible time at Level 6 Rooftop — everything from the food to the ambiance was on point
I came for the Spanish flavors, and they absolutely delivered. The dates were rich and flavorful, the kind of appetizer that stops the table conversation. I ordered the patatas bravas, which came alongside a Spanish-style omelette , a surprising but totally satisfying combo. I also added the steak, and honestly, it was out of this world ,tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor.
The pan con tomate was done just right ,simple, fresh, and authentically Spanish. It’s those little touches that show real attention to tradition.
To drink, I went with the Beso de Dragón ,a sweet and spicy cocktail that hit all the right notes. Bold but smooth, and definitely something I’d come back for.
And then there’s the atmosphere ,100/10. The view is unreal, with a panoramic look over Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. The rooftop setup is elegant yet relaxed, and the DJ was playing great music ,not too loud, not too soft, just the perfect backdrop to an already magical setting.
Level 6 is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city ,it feels like a mini escape with amazing food and energy. Highly recommend it for a date night, special brunch, or just drinks...
Read moreThe restaurant itself had a charming, cozy vibe, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table—not even to offer water—while other tables around us were attended to, orders taken, and food served. We eventually had to wave someone down, and thankfully, the manager, Derek, came to assist us. Derek was wonderful—very attentive, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the rest of our visit. About 20 minutes later, Alejandra, the server who had been helping everyone else around us, finally approached to let us know she would now be taking care of our table. By that time, nearly 40 minutes had passed since we had first sat down, and Derek had already handled everything for us. Overall, it was embarrassing to be left unattended for so long, and the poor service left a sour impression. The only saving grace was Derek’s professionalism and service recovery—he even removed drinks from our bill, which we appreciated. Without him stepping in, this would have been a very...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I went here. We paid $60 for two drinks and each drink literally tasted like sugar water. There was zero alcohol in it whatsoever and I took her here just to actually show her a Miami vibe, we went down the road to sugar, the drinks were strong and tasted great, I will never come back here again, the fact that the bartenders are even allowed to pour sugar water with no alcohol in it is absolutely insane and they include the tip With the drink, so the bartenders have no incentive to make good drinks Because they know they’re getting...
