Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami

I generally receive great service at that Starbucks. However, this morning i received the worst service from Starbucks yet! Scratch that... The worst service Ive received in while. The young boy at the cashier's (Danny T) was extremely rude, sarcastic and refused to accommodate my requests (which is just how i order my drink). As a frequent Starbucks customer I explained my concerns to him and that my drink is never a problem at any other stores or even there, when he is not taking orders- he said he could go get the manager or I could go have a nice day. Even if I were asking for the most difficult drink in the world, his lack of customer service and sarcasm were not appropriate. It goes without saying I felt betrayed by the company when I did not receive the service or coffee I crave every morning when I go get breakfast. When I get to Starbucks, I am not even awake yet. This type of customer service must be reprimanded. What a way to start the day!! All the other employees I have dealt with in that store are great, cordial and regrettably I will not be coming to this Starbucks Store again!! I may only be 5$ a day, but they have lost...

First off I would like to say that I used to wokr for starbucks. I worked at multiple stores from pines, to mirimar, to sunrise and plantation area. I understand the complications that come along with providing quality service. Now I'm not upset with the way that this individual handled the situation, she was very nice. However, I've been getting a starbucks doubleshot for years, recently I moved to the gables area and I have yet to get a quality doubleshot. I don't usually ask for anyone to remake a drink, but the quality of this drink was terrible. I ordered a grande starbucks doubleshot and it was made with 1 shot of espresso and mostly cream and ice, no classic. I politely asked her to remake the drink to which she was very nice and did so without complaint. The drink came out the exact same way when I specified that the drink was made with too much cream and no classic. I believe this is a training opportunity. About three months ago i wrote a five-star review for this starbucks location after i ordered the then new kiwi-starfruit refresher, but i am changing it to one-star based on the treatment i was given on Saturday 12/26/2020 by a staff member. I was rudely told to leave the store while trying not to choke on a piece of banana nut bread. I had just been shopping in that busy intersection of Coral Way and SW 27 Avenue, so I was carrying a few bags and I needed to put down my drink to avoid dropping it like it had happened to me on another occasion. There was no need for the young girl behind the counter to yell at me saying that she could not have me inside the store with my mask down because I was sipping on my mocha frappucino and quickly gobbling down my baked item. I was leaning against the window by the door, more than 10 feet away from any patron or personnel. I used to stop by this store every other day on my way to or from work, but I don't plan to return here again. I felt unappreciated as I was unnecessarily kicked out like a derelict.
