StayMe — Local services in Miami

Good morning and sorry I was poorly x not sure if I can leave this review anywhere else but probably if you ever have people coming from overseas you can screenshot the message.

At first I was extremely nervous with the payment made by revolut but Marlen was definitely very helpful and reassured me couple times everything is ok which it was. So for anyone trying to book with stay me, please go ahead, it’s true we don’t have many international options for transferring money that are actually safe but for whoever reads this if you book anything through them you’ll get what you booked, so legit 100%

We’ve travelled around the world for festivals and it was good that we didn’t get questioned about it as it looks like more airbnbs hosts won’t accept people because of that. Reality is you treat someone’s house the way you treat yours. So we appreciate the fact we didn’t feel like on an interview when trying to book.

The apartment was lovely, quiet building, no big parties going on and helpful reception unfortunately some issue with the door that was sorted straight away. Communication and respect is the key and unfortunately things can happen but we’ve been given options and it worked brilliant at the end. Don’t get me wrong, you get upset but you have pretty much 24/7 support, so thank you guys!

I would definitely recommend you guys and will be using again in future.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with StayMe during my recent stay in Miami! From the moment I booked, I knew I was in good hands. First of all—no booking fees—which was a breath of fresh air compared to other platforms. The self check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a more spacious and beautifully styled apartment!

StayMe went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary late checkout, giving me more time to relax and enjoy my last day in the city. I also had the chance to rent a car at a corporate discount, saving me a ton compared to traditional rates, and the cherry on top: I got to rent a boat for a fraction of the regular price, which turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

What truly made the difference was the VIP treatment I received—there was a dedicated concierge available throughout my stay, helping me discover hidden gems and must-see spots around Miami. The level of care and attention I received made me feel like more than just a guest—it felt like I had my own personal guide to the city.

Exception host, extremely attentive! The host is bilingual and very nurturing The rooms are immaculate and exactly what you see in pictures just 100 times better. All the rooms have such a relaxing and soothingly views. The location on the golf course was so relaxing with views of dragon flies. Walking distance to tons of shops and stores, but community has spa, pool and restaurants. I will and would stay with this host every time in the Doral area. And has been recommended to All my friends and family.. Bathroom and kitchen was extremely clean clean and stocked with essentials. Even did the dust test and she passed!
