Let me start by saying, this was my experience on Valentine’s Day—a night when a high-end restaurant should be operating at its absolute best. Instead, this place completely FAILED at even basic hospitality. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the WORST dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I would NEVER return or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We arrived at 10:15 PM for our reservation and were forced to wait 50 minutes before being seated—completely unacceptable, especially when other tables were visibly available. When we were finally seated, they stuck us next to the servers' station, where dirty dishes piled up and checks were being processed. Only after I complained about this ridiculous placement did they begrudgingly move us to a different table.
Unfortunately, the service only got worse. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our first course, followed by another 45-minute wait for just ONE of our two entrees. At this point, it was around 12:30 AM—after sitting in this restaurant for nearly Two and half hours, we had completely lost our appetite. Fed up, we decided to just take the rest of our food and desserts to go. That alone took another 15-20 minutes to prepare.
As if the dining experience wasn’t disastrous enough, the manager’s response was laughable—a measly $100 discount on a $600 bill. Insulting, to say the least. And just when we thought the nightmare was over, the valet LOST our car. It took them 15 minutes to find it, during which time the manager offered to buy us a round of drinks as some kind of consolation. Guess what? We never even got those drinks because, just like the rest of our experience, they were too slow and incompetent to deliver even that simple gesture in time.
While the food itself was fine, there are far better restaurants in Miami at this price point that won’t subject you to this kind of service disaster. The experience here was beyond disappointing—especially on Valentine’s Day, when a high-end restaurant should be going above and beyond, not failing at every level.
Do yourself a favor—avoid this place at all costs. There are too many amazing restaurants in Miami to waste your time...
Read moreMy long-awaited visit to LPM restaurant in Brickell, Miami, was an unforgettable experience that left me utterly awestruck. The restaurant's enchanting ambiance, with its dimly lit and chic interior, immediately set the stage for an exceptional evening. Whether you're on a romantic date or celebrating a special occasion, LPM's elegant decor provides the perfect backdrop.
But it's the food that truly stole the show. LPM's menu, with a focus on modern French cuisine, is a culinary masterpiece. Every dish that graced our table was a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. The attention to detail in each plate was remarkable, and the flavors were a harmonious symphony on my palate. I found myself savoring every bite.
One dish that stands out vividly in my memory is the duck. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and literally melted in my mouth. The sauces and sides were equally impeccable, elevating the meal to an entirely new level. And then there were the desserts - a sweet conclusion to an already extraordinary culinary journey.
The service at LPM was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like cherished guests. Our server went above and beyond to guide us through the menu, helping us make choices that perfectly suited our preferences.

Read moreThought we give LPM in Miami a try since we live in Vegas and enjoy going to LPM in Vegas. I must say, LPM Miami is even better than the Vegas location. This is not to say Vegas location isn't good by any means, LPM Miami just exceeds expectations.
Sophia was our server and she actually walked us in upon checking in. I really liked that bc there's a sense of continuity. She was very friendly and always had a smile. She was attentive.
She asked us if we were celebrating anything and we were there for my stepdaughter high school graduation. She was very excited for us.
For the starters, we had the tuna tartar, corn salad and the burrata. I really liked all the starters especially the corn salad. Burrata was saltier than i expected but i am salt sensitive so that's normal. The tuna tartar was good as well. It's served almost like a pie with pastry on the bottom so you eat it sliced. No mess! All good things.
We had the gnocchi, filet mignon, striped bass, sea bass and the duck for our entrée. The duck was perfect and much better than the Vegas location. However, same comment I had for the Vegas duck, I much prefer it wasn't smoked and I'm pretty sure the recipe calls for smoking the duck. But that's just a personal preference, still perfection. I liked the striped bass over the sea bass. Striped bass had a much better fish flavor. I thought the sea bass was too salty as well.
For dessert, you just have the creme brulee. We were going to order 2 but Sophia reminded us how big it was. And one was plenty for the 3 of us while the boyfriend and stepson each had their seasonal sorbet.
Oh and try the Beauty and the Beast cocktail. I had a sip and it was divine if you like rose flavored drink. They even freeze a rose into the ice ball. Beautiful presentation as well as delightful flavor.
Sophia made sure to put congratulations on the creme Brulee plate and took Polaroid pictures of my stepdaughter and of our family. That was a very nice touch which will be remembered forever!
LPM, as always, is a great time but this was made even better by a wonderful server like Sophia. Be sure to ask to be seated at her table when making...
