First let me say LOCATION Is great for what we were in Miami for. Condo was nice. But, the concierge was not very helpful,,one because English is barely spoken. asked if they had a cart to help take luggage up and all I got was a look. I am with my elderly mother who can barely see. I am taking her to see a Dr at Miami hospital, this is the reason I'm down here. She can barley see and she is having a procedure on her eye..., Anyway, so we are somewhat told of how to get to the 9th floor to park, and into the building.. Wow what a trip. 15 min. Then we managed to get into building. Get on elevator,,,,,well guess what, ya gotta have a FOB to be able to get to the floor you are staying on. Well that's located IN THE CONDO YOU are trying to get to. Keep trying to push,,,NOPE, won't take the number I'm pushing. Finally after riding up, and down 😏😏 another VERY NICE young lady who lives in building,,bless her heart, told us we needed the fob. She kindly pushed our floor for us. We go to the room. WELL,,, it is an APP you have to download on your phone to unlock your door😏😏....WELL after the first hr of just trying to get to this condo, IM so flustered by now I skip our Number on the door and go to the next one. Hell, I used THE APP,,,,,,well what do you know it unlocks the door.....WELL,WELL... So after finding the FOB, we go back to the car to grab THE REST of our stuff. To LUG up to the condo. Well after settling in.....WE find out that we are in the WRONG condo🤔🤔🤔. Well that WONDERFUL HIGH TECH APP let me In. Oh,,,I forgot,, I used the second deadbolt because I didn't trust the APP LOCK,,,wonder why. And COULDN'T GET IT TO UNLOCK..... I MEAN I WAS panicking... Truly panicking..Luckily I'm a person who thinks outside the box, and managed to get it to open. Had to take the damn lock apart, but it had already been cause there was only one screw in it. ANYWAY, moved to the correct condo. Its nice. Clean beds are comfortable nice BIG balcony.. But afraid to use second deadbolt. I wonder why....but hope nobody would go to the wrong condo after JUST TRYING to get in the damn building. The Host was very nice and helpful. The concierge people,,,,,,nope. Sorry... Claudia for the mishap. It's not the Host fault Dont come alone with your mother who can barely see to help you look for numbers. After the mistake,,they keep asking ME TO PAY an extra 200 $$$$ to clean the condo we mistakenly went into,,,,,,,,WELL,,,,,,IF,,we had a REAL KEY,,,and the APP WAS only for THE EXACT room we were assigned,,,,,,,we would not have gone into the wrong condo. I'm by myself WITH my mom who is going into surgery a few days later,,,,,yea,,,think the host can handle the cleaning fees........ NOW,,,, I'm adding to this because I just sat down in one of the dining room chairs and busted my ass,,,fell on my back and neck. Trying to get in touch with host and NO RESPONSE because I will not pay the 200 For the cleaning. OH AND YES THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK ARE AWFUL.... NO help ....I just thankful my MOM wasn't the one sitting...
Read moremanagement here is absolutely horrendous. would not suggest. Unfortunately Gabriella, the least competent of the staff is the supervisor. not sure how these people are in the business of hospitality, coming from someone who has been in the business for 12 years. Gabriella has an extreme lack of knowledge on the human body not to mention respect and empathy. my friend experienced an accident which was a very stressful and embarrassing experience for her. she unexpectedly got her period early while on the pool chairs. we attempted to clean it, then alerted staff on tip so they could clean it. the man running the food station near the jacuzzi told us exactly “this is why you’re not allowed in the pool when you have your thing.” clearly a very insecure and uneducated man as the rest of us were also on our periods. Maybe if that’s the case they should write it somehow here on a sign near the pools. if anyone is unsure of how it works, tampons are literally made so you can swim in a pool on your period! On top of this called the act of menstruation “it” not sure if he just forgot the word period or was just very intimidated by the female body and the process that created him. After we thought the dilemma was solved as we had alerted people and the girl who got her period had left, Gabriella came downstairs demanding to see the girl who “did it.” obviously she had already left to clean up and in a state of embarrassment. Gabriella proceeded to tell us that what happened was disgusting. Im not sure if Gabriella herself doesn’t have a vagina, doesn’t know how hers works, or if she is just so extremely insecure and lets men control her life, but that was an extremely rude and incompetent response. Hopefully Gabriella gains some respect for herself and other people and learns about her own body to avoid a life of insecurity and projecting her horrible attitude, behaviour, and extreme lack of education on other people. Gabriella, just so you know, maybe yours is disgusting but most women’s vaginas are very clean, likely the cleanest part of the human body as it is constantly cleaning itself. I would really suggest that if you think your vagina or period blood is disgusting that you go to a doctor. AT LEAST Yearly checks are very important, especially if you feel disgusting. In addition an STD, yeast infection or UTI test might be in order for you. I would also like to say having sex with too many different men may cause these things and make you feel like your vagina is disgusting, just warning you in case that’s your situation . just a piece of advice from the girls that profusely apologized even though they shouldn’t have to for the natural occurrences of the human body that gives you and everyone in the...
Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience here was so poor, it warrants serious warning to others. What’s advertised as a premium experience is, in reality, an overpriced, poorly managed, and unsafe operation.
Let’s start with the valet—unprofessional and dishonest. We were charged double the expected amount, and of course, they only accept cash, which raises major red flags. It felt more like a shakedown than a service.
The front desk was an embarrassment. Disengaged staff, completely inattentive, more interested in their own conversations than guest safety or experience. The most shocking moment? At checkout, we were told to “just leave the key in the room and leave the door open.” This is not just unprofessional—it’s a blatant security risk. If you’re expecting any sense of safety or protocol here, you will be sorely disappointed.
The property itself? All hype, no substance. For the price, the quality is abysmal. Every aspect felt like a corner was cut. There’s no sense of care, no accountability, and certainly no justification for the premium rates.
Bottom line: This place is a liability, both financially and in terms of guest safety. Until major changes are made, I would strongly advise...
