Smoker’s Destiny- Langhorne (Premium Cigars) — Local services in Middletown Township

Love the selection and most products have been great. The Staff are MOSTLY very knowledgeable and they are very helpful. Prices are a bit high, but that’s not for the poor review. I’ve spent a lot of money in this shop, pretty much a weekly stop for me dropping anywhere from $100-$200 a week. You would think that a regular customer, spending money each visit, would deserve better treatment when they have an issue. Not the case. I bought a $60 torch lighter, from a well known company that has been good in the past. However, this time, out of the box, it did not work. I filled it with butane, And clicked the trigger. There was no click, nor any spark coming from the ignition mechanism. Unfortunately for me, this was 3 days after I bought the torch, and thus wasn’t something they would help with outside the 2 day return period. My fault, after buying it at 10pm a few days prior, I didn’t rush home and immediately use the torch that I bought. Because of that, they refused to help me with this torch lighter. This is petty stuff, I didn’t expect this from the employees at all. The return period Is not listed anywhere on the receipt or anywhere in the store. the lighter was brand new, and defective from the first time I tried to Use it. They should have swapped it out for me.

There’s one other issue I have. There’s a group of like 3 or 4 employees who hang out behind the counter in a cluster on the far end. They’re extremely loud carrying on in some foreign language. As you approach the register to checkout, you would expect one of the 3 or 4 in the cluster would come and ring you up. They don’t, they all make eye contact with you and then continue to talk amongst each other. It’s extremely rude and for these 2 reasons I will no longer be referring other people to shop at infinity, nor will I be shopping...

They have a pretty large selection although their prices are very high, and I have already driven an hour to go there for a certain item I got there at five of 10:00 because gps took me to the wrong end of that road and walked in and they wouldn't sell it to me cuz they said they already closed their registers, couldn't believe it if you asked me that's horrible customer service especially when you have spent good money in there already. And there's also a gas station right in langhorne's little town about 5 minutes from there that also has a pretty decent selection and much much better prices! But thanks for the good selection you can find some rare items there...

Visited this shop on Christmas Day and I was not disappointed! My brothers wanted to get me a small glass piece so we searched the glass display cases high and low until we found the one I wanted. The guys who work there seemed chill and weren’t following us around the whole time which made for a comfortable shopping experience. I hate going into these places and being hovered over. They have a nice selection of Cheech glass that has beautiful colored glycerin which can be put in the freezer. I ended up going with 8” glycerin freeze bong that is now my new favorite piece!
