TLDR: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Update: Even worse than originally imaginable.
Went back again today for the 5th time to resolve an issue that originally started with a simple screen repair. Paid $134.60 for the services, was told had to wait for them to order the correct screen to replace it.
Ok, that's fine. No problem, so we wait for the screen to arrive and when it does, return for the fix to take place. Upon receiving the phone back, it was noticed that the phone was no longer giving an output from the headphone jack, so it was brought back and we were told that it would be another wait for them to fix that as well.
Waited and after a couple of hours pass, was informed that the issue could be resolved until ANOTHER part was ordered and replaced... aggravating, but still fine. It's not great but I can understand that stuff happens and they were willing to fix it on house.
This is where everything becomes a mess and on the 4th return to the store to have them fix the new part they broke, was berated by Mr. Christian that I was being "rude" for asking him to just leave the phone there until they find the part that had been ordered after waiting 10 mins to even talk to a person and then waiting another 20 mins for them searching for the part that they misplaced because of how incredibly unorganized they are. He demanded I leave the store and that instead of the phone being done in an hour that it would take 6 hours instead when I asked to do business with the other guy who was working. Just very unprofessional and in no way there to service his paying customers. Absolutely disgusting the way he acted.
So fine, after all of this, the finally get everything together, we get the phone back and... doesn't work. Still having issues, the part they ordered wasn't correct and they need to work on it more. So again... fine, it is what it is. We go back for them to fix the piece another time, and now we get the phone back and the screen is completely unresponsive. Doesn't even work. Can't use it. WTH.
In our communications, we were told that after the last fix, if the phone was still damaged that we would be provided a new phone to replace the one that they broke. After the screen being unresponsive. We were provided no help from either of the two gentleman and were given a sticky-note with a number for the asurion customer care, saying that we now need to deal with them.
So question; why did I pay $135 at all for a still broken phone when the screen literally doesn't function anymore, and who's being held responsible for the new phone we were promised?
This place is an absolute joke. I don't know where to even begin with the amount of benign problems I've had with this place. The employees here are lazy, rude, disorganized, miserable, disrespectful, and either need some training in people skills, or replacements. Honestly though even then I feel like this location is a lost cause reading about other people's reviews as well.
At this moment, unable to post a complete review of the workmanship but let's just say I've had to have them fix 3 different things on a phone so far in 4 different visits, all stemming from an original problem of a screen crack. It was only a screen replacement... I've been back 4...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePOV: My phone started cutting on and off on Monday 03/30... The following day when I realized it was not temporary I called and made an appointment for the 04/01 @10am... Come to find out they don't open till noon .. no problem!! I waited till noon and then went in to see the tech... He barely looked at my phone just listening to what I said was happening.. his diagnosis, "it's the battery" we can have that replaced... As I suspected myself... He said it would take a couple days to come in, fast forward to Friday when I didn't hear from them I called to find out if there was any updates on the ordered battery.... The guy said yes it arrived so I told him I'll come in at noon on Saturday he says ok. Saturday 4/5 I took my phone in @12:45ish.... He took my phone, took photos, told me to come back at around 0300pm.. no biggie.... I run some errands and came back at exactly 3pm... He tells me it's not yet ready next 20-30 mins... I said take your time, since you close at 6, I'll be back at 4ish... No problem.. I ended up finishing my errands earlier than 4 so I went there... The job he told me would have been ready in 20-30 mins was not completed... Again no problem I'll wait, take your time.... I waited... About 4:30pm hr came back to me showing me the old battery and the new.... Ok.. noted, the battery was damaged.... About 10 minutes later he comes back with the screen sitting onto of the phone, telling me that," due to the damage to the battery and how it was swollen my screen now has a line down the middle of it...What?!!? There was no bulging or swelling on my phone when I brought it in so how now did this come about and instead of taking responsibility for the damage to my phone screen he tries to sell me on having my screen replacement on a 15%discount....I was so upset!!! Currently there is still a gap between my phone screen where it was removed, it was not properly re-sealed!!! I cannot easily use my thumb print anymore I have to use my codes and password.... This is unacceptable and I didn't believe his BS excuse.... He was rushing to do my phone and did not carefully take the time to remove the screen and damaged it!!
UPDATE!!! Since this entire ordeal, I have contacted their corporate team to see if we could come to some kind of resolution. I ended up sending photos of my phone and having additional discussions in reference and I am pleased to say that I was offered a reasonable resolution to have my screen replaced. The efficiency, professionalism and quickness with which they addressed my situation is definitely worth āāāāā... Sometimes one bad apple can make the whole tree fall and I would hate for this to be the situation for this store ... At this point in time I can safely say we are moving in the right direction... As soon as it has all been concluded I will surely give them all their flowers. Stay tuned!!!

I brought in a laptop with a keyboard issue. Was verbally told I would be contacted in 1 to 2 days with a status update. Was also given a receipt that stated I'd be contacted the following dateāthis is important for later. Did not hear from them for 4 days, which was when I called. Was told someone would call me in an hour. No one did. I called the next day. Was told the tech had an emergency. Fine. Was told it would be at least 4 days till his return, possibly not for a week.
Look. I don't care how long a repair takes, I care that I was misled and treated unprofessionally. I would have let you guys keep the laptop for a month if needed. There was no communication and that was the problem. You said I would hear about what the laptop needed done in 1 to 2 days. I have you 4 before I called. I have you an additional day before I called again. I shouldn't have to hound you for information!
I don't want to sound like the kind of woman who complains about things that don't matter. I just wanted my laptop fixed. I would have waited as long as it took and put up with the poor communication if it had all worked out in the end.
But I was also treated very poorly here. The employee was rude out of the gate, defensive and unprofessional. He talked down to me. It was a horrible experience. I cannot convey how surreal it was to be spoken to the way he spoke to me. He lied a few times, as well. I left before I lost my cool.
So I'm out $30 for services not rendered. I didn't feel comfortable with them even keeping my laptop in the shop, so I walked out with it still unrepaired. I think to some degree this place might be a scam. They will probably fix your computer, but you will be sweet talked into a monthly fee and charged more on top of it.
Oh! Furthermore, and this is the funniest part, when I brought up the fact that the receipt he had printed for me the previous week stated that I would have someone in touch with me the following date, his defense was that the "computer just prints the next day's date automatically and we can't change it."
And look. I state again that I would not have cared how long the repair itself took, I care that I had to hound you guys about this. But when your employee says they cannot change the date that prints on the receipt because it prints automatically, why is that acceptable? You're a computer repair shop. You have no control over what the computer prints out? I could probably go into the software and fix this date printing issue for you.
He just wanted me to leave.
Anyway, don't go here. It is not a good company, they're not respectful of your time, they are rude, etc. I'm going to to take up the transaction with my credit card company, because the services I bought we're never rendered. I really hope that I get the money back.
