Duck Donuts — Restaurant in Middletown Township

My friend and i recently visited the duck donuts in Levittown, PA during a girls weekend as she never had duck donuts and she came to visit me from out of the area. The minute we walked into the place there were two very visibly frustrated and annoyed girls who were clearly annoyed that we even came in. We didn’t get greeted or anything. So we walked up to the register and waited for a few minutes before someone walked up and didn’t even greet me ever… meanwhile the other miserable girl is behind the line saying “at this point we’re never going to even get a break unless we lock the door..” being rude that they had to do their job for a customer. So i placed my order of a half a dozen and the girl was complaining how the store manager doesn’t care about them and let everyone have off and that it was prom night… basically making my friend and i feel like we are a bother to them. Then my friend ordered a dozen to take home.. before my friend could even start her order the girl looks over and says “ugh. Better Drop 18!!!” Then the girl came to put a sign on the door stating they were closed for break. Didn’t even start making our donuts for another 15-20 minutes while we sat there and listened to them complain and complain and complain..Another customer was in the building and she waited at the register even longer for them to take her order. Needless to say the customer and the one worker had an argument and they kept going back and forth yelling at each other. The customer left and the worker was screaming and going off about the customer. The place was also FILTHY, I’ve been here a few times before and couldn’t believe how dirty and messy these girls were. After waiting forever for the donuts we left and got home and they were so wet and doughy inside like not fully cooked. It was a terrible terrible i can’t even describe how disgusted we were with their poor attitudes, their god awful customer service and they were just both plain IGNORANT. We didn’t call or bother to come back for a refund or new donuts bc we didn’t want to even deal with those miserable girls again. This was Saturday,...

We hired Mildred and her team to be a dessert vendor at our wedding reception. She was easily a dream vendor to work with. Her and her team made everything so simple for us and took a lot of the wedding stress off of our plate. From the very start of the process, she was a complete pleasure to work with. Our initial conversation made us feel so comfortable choosing Duck Donuts and I’m pretty sure she was even more excited than us to help with the event!

Her team at the event made such an impression on our guests that they would not stop talking about them. Mildred even included to-go boxes for our guests to take donuts back to their rooms/homes! Her team was incredibly professional and ensured all our guests were taken care of, which is difficult when you have close to 300+ people. They made everything easy and we couldn’t of been more thrilled. The donut wall was such a great attention getter and they even put our wedding hashtag on it!

We would recommend Duck Donuts Levittown for all your event needs. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of and we couldn’t of been happier with how things turned out. Went there & was caught in a rain / thunderstorm where I seen a crowd outside waiting . Figured instead of being soaked from the rain that I would return after the storm stops . Well , about an hour or so later I returned & seen some people still waiting & the wait isn’t the problem! The staff is !! I saw a staff member giving orders to people waiting outside & I spoke to her concerning to weather they accept cash for payment & checked the information on their own website & Wasn’t posted credit cards only & was under the impression they accepted cash payment ! Also noticed there was no sign on their door & Im sure others customers in that line was going to assume & want to pay in cash ! The staff was very rude in demanding ( telling ) me that she won’t accept cash at this time ! So , You lose my first experience in your place of business !! By the way , If you think cash is full of germs , what about giving your customers receipts or bags that hang around waiting for our order to go into them !! You say to “Us “ ... NO CASH ACCEPTED!! Disappointed!! Plus , You didn’t follow up on social distancing, meaning you had a half a dozen people in your place ( Including Staff !) & you kept letting 2 at a time in after there were many...
