If I could give negative stars I would. This is my SECOND time going to this Metro location to try to become a customer. (Currently with ATT) This time I had exact change for the phone I wanted and all information ready to make the switch, I CALLED to make sure the phone I was planning on purchasing in full was there and to see how long this was going to take because I have to get to work. The employee confirmed they had the phone and said it would only take 30 mins and I said I would be there shortly. Great so I go down there and he's helping a customer already, which is fine, but this woman COULD NOT DECIDE on what she wanted and he was feeding into that wasting more of my time waiting. Whatever, so I wait and she's finally paying, ANOTHER customer walks in and I assume he will be taken care of AFTER me as I've been waiting... Guess not. He's told he will be helped in a moment once the woman at the register is done paying. Now I've been waiting 30 minutes already (which I could have been done with the whole transaction in) and I have only an hour until I need to be at work... Rather than waste more of my time on a company that clearly doesn't want any new buisness I went to Verizon. I HIGHLY recommend NOT going to Metro unless you want to waste your time and get terrible service from it's employees. They can shove that iphone somewhere special š I'm glad I ended up with a different company who actually wants buisness. Think I'll get my friends who have metro to...

Mind you, the did this to me once before by adding to my invoice products and services that I didn't need. Fortunately I noticed this before their rediculiously short 10-15 day refund limit. And they gratiosly refunded it after one hour of checking, verifying and confirming my account and credentials.
