The person working was super informative and kind. She provided us with detailed descriptions, recommendations, and was super patient. I ordered one of the ice cream sandwiches: two massive chocolate chip cookies with your choice of ice cream in the middle. For the ice cream in my sandwich I went with cake batter. The ice cream itself was very delicious but the cookies were a little too crumbly and big. With that being said, I do think the amount of cookie and ice cream you got was worth the price, I just wish the cookie to ice cream ratio was slightly different. I also wished I was able to see the ice cream itself - the big wall added privacy for the staff and i’m sure some level of sanitation, but a big draw of ice cream shops is being able to see the product. Absolutely disappointed with this place. Things have changed since they first opened. Let me explain - A pint here is $10, and if you’re going to charge a premium for ice cream then fill the pint to the top…not 3/4 of the way. My husband’s pint was filled to the top, so what’s the issue? The kids that work here are young, but consistency is key for returning customers. Anyone knows that if they’re in the food service industry. Smh. The quality of the flavors just isn’t the same either. The vanilla is not as creamy or pure in flavor as it was before. The ice cream was delicious and creamy with a good variety of classic and more adventurous flavors. I had a Harry’s Ice Cream Sandwich which was giant and rich with bourbon, caramel, pretzel ice cream in between two large chocolate chip cookies. I look forward to coming back and trying more flavors and ordering pints for get together a. The only point I would knock it is the layout is a bit dark and somewhat uninviting with a large wall up front as soon as you walk up with somewhat limited seating inside.
