The screens are tiny and covered in some sort of oily film, like a phone screen that doesn't get cleaned (the bright dots in my image are the oily coating reflecting the projection light, expect to see them any time there is a solid color on screen). The manager smells and looks like he doesn't shower so I'm not surprised. The food is old and the soda has almost no syrup. They were playing the wrong movie at first in our theater, then they kept the booth light on for a half hour. The theater next to us was so loud compared to our movie that it was distracting through the entire thing. Go somewhere else.

First time that we have a cinema as near as 6 minutes from home, is a nice place great sound , comfortable seats, the food can be better but for what you pay is a nice experience if you live nearby and don't want to drive 20 minutes or more on the highway for the next theater and paying more.

Tickets can be bought online or at the kiosk/tablet when you walk in. Miss not buying directly from a person. Expect movie theater pricing for popcorn and sodas $$$. I enjoyed being able to add your own butter flavored 'grease' to our popcorn 🍿. Nice reclining stadium seating.

EDIT: I’m leaving my original review, but need to post an update and add a star. This place has come a long way since I wrote my original review. All the marquees are working, new drink machines in the lobby, and still the price is 6$. It’s obvious ownership is making a concerted effort to improve the environment, while also keeping it affordable. So kudos to management. Hopefully the improvements keep coming.

Original: You get what you pay for here, which is a good thing because you’re only paying 6$. That’s a great deal any where you go, and in most ways it’s more than worth the price of admission. Sure, the the digital marquees don’t work so you have to identify your theater from a printed word document, and you have to buy your ticket from the concession stand which might congest things a bit, but for 6$ you get a good, clean movie going experience. And I’ll add these issues seem temporary.

Because of the great price, it’s almost worth giving four or five stars, but the major issue holding this theater back is the audio. It seems like the last 5 movies I’ve been to here have been way too quiet. And honestly that’s a real killer. Good, booming audio is the maybe most essential part of the theater experience next to the giant screen, and it’s been absent on way too many of my experiences here.

Most issues can be forgiven here because of the cost, but honestly the low audio has me wishing I could pay more for a better experience. Hope this is something that is recognized and remedied, because it’s a great theater...

I wouldn’t give this place not one star very unprofessional. Went in to purchase tickets for my clients during lunch and was approached with nothing but rudeness. This was my first time here thought I’d try since we’re in town and boy did I make a bad decision when you walk in there’s no one at the desk to purchase tickets, the place looks like something out of the 80’s no upgrade then only 2 people there rushing to get the refreshments available I can only image how that would taste just as stale as the place looks. I was so upset that I looked this place up to write a review and read all the comments below and I can honestly tell you that every bad review written was what I encountered upon arrival. I then decided to go back to get a refund because of reviews that said the screen was blurry and small ,seats don’t recline and you can actually hear the theater playing next door. I just didn’t want to experience that also after the rudeness. I will never support this behavior or place ever again. So I took my clients to Wallingford theater where everything looks great, the workers are professionals and the place feels so much comfortable. Avoid this place people you got a hand full of bad reviews already don’t be next spend your money somewhere you can actually enjoy and also the theater in Wallingford is much bigger food court has a great...

The worst movie theater I’ve been. First the lady in the register seem to not know what planet she was on. We were talking her about it was our sons birthday and with a straight face she just said “uh-hu”. Then the only way to know which theater to go was by reading out of piece of paper that was taped on the door. It felt small and really outdated. The seats were somewhat comfortable but didn’t fully reclined and the sticker with its number was just glued to the seats. But the worst part that made me decide to never go back there was, a family of 6 or 7 people, 3 which were under 4 years old. The kids never were courteous of keeping silence. The movie we went to see was The Lion King and if you have kids, you know that at that age, if the movie doesn’t have animation in vivid color, kids that age tend to get bored and when kids get bored, either the play with toys are just start talking. If you try to silence a talking toddler without toys are food, there’s a chance they’re just going to have a tantrum. Exactly what happened, while 2 toddlers were just talking away the baby, which I think wasn’t more than 2 years old, started screaming crying. Worst movie theater experience ever. Never will I go to this place nor will take anyone here. I don’t recommend this...
