We visited MIA yesterday for happy hour. The atmosphere is great. Clearly you can tell by the pictures the vibes are fun and this place is very “instagram worthy”. We ordered a first round of drinks (MIA mojitos). It took about 20-30 mins to get our drinks. The very nice waitress came over and apologized a few times for this inconvenience. We decided to put our food order in after about 15 minutes of waiting for our drinks. The food came out around the same time we got our drinks. We only got 2 things off the menu. The HH burrata salad and dinner tostadita. I expected the $10 HH salad to be small but my meal was tiny. I personally don’t mind small portions because I don’t like to waste but the fact they’re saying it’s a “meal” is a bit laughable. The woman who ordered the salad didn’t like it because of quinoa but I can’t fault the restaurant for that because the waitress did mention there was quinoa in it. As for my very small tostadita, the greens were fresh and I liked the flavors of the sauce/dressing they used but the Saku tuna was subpar at best. It was warm and tasted very “fishy” for being raw. Our mojitos were actually really good. We got passionfruit and coconut. The problem with the drinks is that the first round of mojito came in a big glass that was FULL. The second round came in a small flute. So we emptied out the first big glass (that was still on our table) and poured the second drink inside that cup and it only came up to halfway! She walked both glasses over to the bar and showed them and he responded “it’s because they’re different glasses” which CLEARLY MADE NO SENSE. We told our waitress about what happened and she apologized and got us a new drink from the larger glasses they were using when we arrived. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. I love the vibe but they’re trying to say they’re more “fine dining” and they’re really not. We LOVED our waitress tho, she really saved the sinking ship for us. It was only her first night and I can’t remember her name but she was lovely. I hope in the future they change their menu to something more suited to them.

I went to MIA for dinner for a girls night with my friend. Place was beautiful! Aesthetically everything was pretty and the colors went well together. We sat on the swings which were fun, and the menus were also unique. My friend and I ordered drinks which were good, and two appetizers. I ordered the chicken skewers and my friend ordered the pork empanadas. Each came with two.. which for the price I think it should have been three. The empanadas were flavorful but you could hardly taste and see the pork. And the chicken skewers were just okay needed a bit more flavor. For our entrees I ordered the MIA fried rice, I was very satisfied with my food and it tasted great. My friend ordered the skirt steak, she didn’t like it because it had a weird after taste.. it also came with some mushed up sweet banana which she said “looked gross” and didn’t understand how it went together. Her meal was $36 and for the price the food didn’t match at all. I understand that this is supposed to a more upscale restaurant but the food does not match at all. I would also suggest reviewing the menu and changing it, it was hard to choose from because the selections were over priced and didn’t make sense with the theme of the restaurant. I also don’t understand why no sides come with the entrees for $36 just pieces of steak and sauce with three little mushed up bananas doesn’t make sense. Besides that I think the restaurant has so much potential and the staff is wonderful. It’s brand new so I am understanding that everything will not be perfect. I would definitely visit again in time if they make some changes to the food because the place in it’s self is spectacular!.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Dining Experience That Delivers on Every Level!

From the moment I walked in Mia, I knew this was going to be something special. The atmosphere is absolutely spot on—the kind of place where the lighting, music, and energy all work together to make you feel right at home, yet still somewhere elevated and exciting.

Now, the food? Next level. Every bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. You can tell the kitchen isn’t just cooking—they’re crafting experiences. Whether it was the appetizers, the main course, or the decadent dessert, not a single detail was overlooked. (Highly recommend the empanadas & fried shrimp—life-changing!)

But what truly set this place apart was the customer service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. From the hostess to the server, everyone made us feel like valued guests, not just another table. It's rare to find a team that operates with such professionalism and heart.

Whether you're celebrating something special or just in the mood for a beautiful night out, this restaurant nails it across the board. Vibes? Immaculate. Food? Chef’s kiss. Service? Top tier.

This will absolutely be a go-to spot for me. Already planning my next visit! Carlos thank you for making my birthday...
