I trained with Chelsea for about a year and three months, and she helped me reach the strongest point in my life. I was lifting the heaviest weights I’ve ever used. She is very responsible, gives great diet advice, and always made sure to adjust exercises when I hurt my wrist so I could keep training safely. She also took the time to listen to even my small everyday stories, which made every session enjoyable.

Sessions were geared towards both functional training and strength. Brendan was fantastic and structured workouts and exercises around weak points in my body to balance body asymmetry.
