El Nopal Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Middletown

I have eaten at this place two days in a row, once at the Taylorsville location, once in Middletown today.... I eat here ALOT, I love the service until i see the bill lately. Seems the bill gets higher and higher every time I go.

Recently started to eat at the Taylorsville rd location. I get More for my buck there. I assume all the franchise prices are same, but seems to be higher when i go back to Middletown location.

Portions are better size at Taylorsville as well as quality and taste.

Hate to say it but Middletown has gone down hill, if you go here at least ask for Victor, HE IS THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS ONE! He is a Great server!

Every single time I order with doordash from this location there is always missing items. I do y like to call but this was the 6th time this has happened. Doordash always credits their mistakes so I've always been fine with it. However I finally called and asked them why they don't get their orders right and they blamed doordash over and over again. Yet the ticket is printed and stapled to the doordash delivery. I asked for their manager and they said there wasn't a manager on duty. I asked to see if i could pick up my missing items and they said they can't do that and that doordash will credit me. We have been customers of El Nopal for many years. Tonight we ordered their chicken fajitas for 2 . When my wife picked up the order, she was passed over by the cashier to take care of someone who stepped up after she arrived. When she was "helped," the cashier looked at the one order waiting for pickup, then headed to the kitchen, never to be seen again. A young man finally came to the register and when she repeated why she was there, he picked up the bag which had been sitting on the table the whole time.
