I have had nothing but a nightmare experience with ALL of my deliveries 3 days in a row to Smyrna Delaware!! I've spent a good amount of time 3 days in a row trying to get my Amazon driver to follow delivery instructions. Remember to tell the associates here that they can file a suit on the individual that is harassing you and trying to get you fired bc they are violating a contract you both have with Amazon. We waited about a year for our scheduled time to arrive for a tour of the Amazon Fulfillment Center. As the scheduled time came, there was some confusion with the confirmation of the tour but the wait was worth it.

After a brief orientation, Amazon personnel gave us a thorough tour of the building and procedures. Everyone on the tour was provided with an audio headset so the guide could communicate clearly with everyone.
