The shakes are great, not a fan of sprinkles and when trying to stay away from certain thing like chocolate (for the moment) I wasn’t expecting to get mini chocolate added also to the shake. Should be a question of will you like these two as toppings? So I can decline if need be. My disappointment actually came when I ordered 2 aloe shots which is ALWAYS the highlight of when I visit and it was so Watered Down, you can hardly taste the aloe or benefit from the purpose for it. This is my first time coming here -with New Management- and I plan to stop by again for a shake or 2. Which is still a great thing to have here. Terrible experience with new ownership. I always support local businesses and refuse to ever set foot into her business ever again. The new owner is rude, not welcoming and argumentative! To make it worse, the shake was terrible and not even filled to the top. All I could taste is way too much lemon flavoring that I couldn’t finish my shake. The prices are outrageous for lackluster service and subpar shakes that aren’t made correctly. I will NEVER be back! I highly doubt the new owner will find success in Middletown since she argues with customers on her first day in business. Her establishment was dead and now I know why! Do yourself a favor. We are so excited that “Sweet” Sarah as we call her has her own shop. She makes the best shakes, teas, and makes the most creative weekly specials. I would highly suggest going to see Sarah at MOT Social, we miss her dearly at Trolley Square.
