Jo has such a beautiful energy. She radiates love and light. Receiving reiki from her has helped me through many tough times and challenges. I can't begin where to thank Jeff's hypnotherapy session. What a groundbreaking work being done in such intricate interconnection of the subconscious mind. One session of his work is equivalent to at least 8-10 session of what I would do in regular therapy. I love love love this store! It has everything I was looking for and more! I took the Summoning Your Personal Powers class and IT WAS AMAZING!! I suggest taking any of their classes. I will be taking the energy class in April. The personal journey that Jeff helps you take was an awesome experience. I am a very spiritual person and this was perfect to help guide me in the right direction. I love this store I could be there everyday all day long and never get enough. Jo and Jeff the owners are always in the shop and are very helpful and welcoming and are awesome. They answer any questions you have and this store is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! I have been to Ways to Wellness too many times to count and have always loved the vibe of the shop. However last Friday my friend and I went in to pick out a few new crystals and spent over an hour in the shop because Jo and Gina are wonderful conversationist.
