Came into the midvale location looking for a placement valve for a Coleman stove where the propane tank mates with the stove while looking for said item I had to go use the bathroom and while using the bathroom two people came in one one of them started banging on the bathroom stall door. I Said can I help you? The voice on the other side of the door said come on buddy it's time to go I can smell what you burning! To which I said excuse me what are you talking about. I finished my business compose myself and open the stall door and I said I need to speak with your manager he tells me he is the manager and that he can smell what I'm burning I said what are you talking about he goes look you have the pipe in your hand I looked down in my hand and it was the broken piece of the Coleman valve that I was looking for a replacement for! When I tried to explain to him that nobody was smoking anything that was just the peace for my grill that I came here trying to find the replacement for. He told me yeah I know you're type and then escorted me off the property. Just because somebody wears a leather jacket doesn't mean that they're automatically a criminal or a drug addict they could just be somebody looking for a placement for their grill because they're going camping!    Read moreI like this store and used to consider every employee there to be kind and helpful until today. The 1 start I am giving is to Kennedi, the cashier and her lack of common sense. Kennedi smiles a lot but could care less about genuinely helping.
I was there on Monday 12/9 at 3pm and I purchased some water bottles from her. When I got to my car I changed my mind and quickly went back to her to also buy the one I had left behind. She told me I had to get back in line. I had been waiting for a very long time already with her being the only cashier and the store being busy. At that time there was a second cashier available that could have helped me because I honestly didnât have the time to continue waiting. I looked at the very long line and I asked her again, if I could just pay for it then, since I was just there, to what she responded fake smiling again: âSorry, you need to get back in line, this is retailâ.
Worse customer service experience ever.

I said no, I'd rather you honor the sales tag. We walk back and I show her the tag and I'm correct. She said Oh they shouldn't be shrink wrapped so you should've actually been charged $8 for 2. No where does it say that. She refused to see they were wrong. This store is increasingly a waste is time and if you're not careful - they take your money too!
