Ordered business cards at the end of March. They came twi weeks later and they were wrong. They re-ordered them. 3 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I called in and the one guy who knew the status of my cards was out for the day and nobody could tell me what was going on. I left a message for him, Wyn, to call me. Of course no one ever called back.
A few days later I called and they said the cards were in! I drove back over to OfficeMax and guess what, the cards were wrong again.
Re-order it again. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks. I go in there today because I haven’t heard a thing and good old Wyn is there and he says, no they’re still not in but it should be any day. I asked, could you please, please make sure you call me this time and he kind a got snotty like “we always call.” That has not been the case.

It seemed the only colors were green or canary. How could an office supply store have such a low stock of 14" paper? When she came back to the office first thing said was that she was ripped off. I said what do you mean. The cashier at your store said that they can't honor that price because it is wrong and has never been updated. That is unethical business practices. I replied what the hell it is listed for $12.99 and that should be the price we should get it for. I can't believe that I was screwed out of $8.00 on a package of overpriced paper. I will now post this on review along with Facebook since I have so many followers. Let's close Office Depot doors for being a rip off business that doesn't honor their pricing. Don't buy...

Liv was very knowledgeable of store products and answered all of my questions which really helped me. I was extremely impressed! She made me feel important as a customer and I left the store feeling better than I had when I walked in. She is a valuable strength and asset to the store and the customers.
