francesca's — Local services in Milford

Today I went into the store right when it opened. I’m not from here, I live in Texas and am visiting for a wedding. My original dress ripped this morning and I came straight to the mall to get a new one at 10am before the wedding started at 11am. I went into this store because I love Francesca’s and always shop at the one in Dallas areas. I so wish I could have gotten the lady’s name (the receipt says Heather so that could be her name) who helped me but she was amazing! I walked in and told her what happened and she immediately found all the dresses for me to try on and once I found one she helped with my shoes and helping me get jewelry to match. Great boutique and the dresses and whatnot are phenomenal, usually have great and helpful staff here but I’m disappointed today, there were about 3 girls working today and were very unhelpful compared to the times I come and 1 girl running the store does great. They were too busy talking and the girl I spoke to was not helpful whatsoever almost as if she knew nothing about the store she worked in, very disappointed in the people they hire that are more concerned on friends that come to the store to see them rather than their customers.
