It was going so well before it came to an abrupt halt and crashed... I checked in at the front desk. The person working wasn’t that pleasant and seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. No paperwork to sign which is weird because I am a med patient. It was nice to have 25% off since it was my first time there. I walk in and was greeted immediately and the energy and atmosphere was completely different than out with the person checking people in. It was very upbeat and the employees were smiling and laughing.
The person that helped me asked if I placed an order, since I hadn’t he showed me the menu. I picked a few items and I wanted some products from the rec side. He helped and was very nice about it. I looked at the menu and added some more things while he was doing the initial transfer. Another employee helped me with a few products that person was nice as well.
Here’s where it all came crashing down.. I asked an employee (not the main employee that was helping me) if they had anything for nerve pain and muscle or pain in general. They said “an indica should help. It can also help you sleep” I said “great thanks.” That’s not bad advice but I’d expect that answer from a recreational dispensary vs a medical (and in the medical section).
I asked the person that was ringing me out the same question.. their response was “ Marijuana” doesn’t really help with muscle or nerve pain because it’s really deep in the body” . Then paused. Then followed that up with, “RSO, yeah RSO could help with that, it helps cancer patients”. I was completely dumbfounded by that response. I’ve gone into other dispensaries for rec and medical, I’ve never heard someone tell a person marijuana doesn’t help with something because it’s “really deep in the body”… what?! They really need to be educated especially the people working in the med section. Just because something works for a cancer patient, doesn’t mean it’s an umbrella for everything. Please do better.
Side note: They do have a vast variety of products and the prices are average. It’s very clean, bright and organized, staff behind the counter are very friendly and but they need to learn before guiding or attempting to...
Read moreWow! I just had the BEST experience at Nature's Remedy! Everyone was so kind, patient and professional. There were plenty of bud tenders, so not only was there less than 5min wait, they took the time to answer my questions. I was nervous as it's my 1st time, and I am not used to having a CHOICE in what to get! I did not feel rushed at all, and the budtender had great personalities!
My budtender was Sutten M. (Not sure if I should write last name, but I have it). I couldn't have designed a better customer service representative. I have of social anxiety (just going to a grocery store fills me with dread), but his smile and conversation put me immediately at ease. You could tell that he studied up on all their products, as he was extremely knowledgeable. He was so thoughtful that he asked me to check my debit account online to make sure I didn't get charged double before I reswiped my card (I had messed up the first time). Sutten, if you read this, I hope you feel proud of yourself. You are incredibly good at your job! Thank you!

They sold me bad weed and REFUSED to exchange it or give me a refund after ive given them thousands of my dollars. Now i have an ounce of garbage that doesnt hit or even light and the best they can do is tell me they cant take it back and dont offer any kind of solution for ripping me off. Dont shop here save your money and go somewhere better that actually cares about the consumer. Will never step foot in this god awful place again for stealing my money.
