We went here on Friday, November 10th,2023 . As a family. I would rate this store about 1 to 1 .5 . Shopping at Old Navy isn't what it once was. It's kinda depressing, and they have the same clothes over and over. Many of the clothing looks the same and not much excitement to the clothing. When you continued looking for something and you looked underneath, there was a pile of clothing . This particular store hasn't been cleaned it awhile . When I asked a salesperson, who " looked like " she was out to lunch and had to ask her manager if they had ( bigger - kids gloves) , she asked her manager and said '' the manager said no boys gloves ONLY mittens, or Men's S/ M gloves . Which was 1 inch to big ( which were texting gloves) . But they had a thousand and one hat's in little Boy's department. The store was absolute mess , not organized at all. Stuff all over the place. Sad experience, overall. We used to frequent shopping at different Old Navy's stores. This store was a sad reminder of what " Old Navy " used to be a good staple - store , now...

Made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, she had clearly never been taught to do what you can to make the experience better for the guest. I've worked retail all the way up to managing a store and have seen great leaders, she could definitely benefit from...
