The Young women at checkout was extremely friendly & Alternative and super friendly, and super helpful! She was very knowledgeable about what me and my mother were asking her about issues regarding our " Membership " (" Reward Program ") , they were having a great sale that started 12-26-21 , and it's still on ( 50% percent off Christmas items & addition 20% percent off at checkout ") ! I got myself & my " Aunt" at ( mystery Snoopy Hallmark ornament) they were $2.00 with the 20% percent including the 50% percent off. The store was super clean , extremely bright, much welcoming 🙏 warm & kind Is polite people working there that is very nice to see! I truly love ❤️ shopping at The Paperstore it's one of my ultimate FAVORITE's, never in a million years thought I'd be shopping at Hallmark or The Paperstore, they truly have great deals , and good coupons.

Updated Review: October 22nd,2024 Eli was extremely friendly on the phone. She had great customer service skills, I've not been at this particular location since before their renovations the store looks amazing it's so beautiful and looks even bigger that is the illusion, but it is a beautiful store. They have a hydration station where you can feel up your water bottle for no - charge. Very neat. I'll have to try it out the next time.Staff are friendly stores, wicked, clean, very bright....

I have never had such a poor experience in my life. The way I was treated was disgusting to say the least. Looking at the other reviews, i’m not shocked, it seems like the women who work here have a vendetta against younger people. If you’re in your early twenties or younger, I guess your business isn’t wanted or appreciated. Whoever owns this store should really consider restaffing because the two women I encountered today had absolutely no customer service skills and were so off putting that I never want to go back. They were rude, snarky and extremely disrespectful. This was all unprovoked as well. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give this store rating a zero I would. Employees are treated so poorly here by staff and costumers. Managers are extremely rude when dealing with costumers specifically Heather. I was followed around the store and felt as if there was always eyes on me. I am legally an adult not a teenager. I overheard staff always talking about costumers in rude ways commenting on them. The workers are lazy and will not accommodate to costumers needs because they just don’t feel like it. The store is to overpriced to be treated so poorly.
