Bro!! I get they may make commission but that doesn't account for the extreme above and beyond I ALWAYS receive. So this last time was a Ms. Dani but my normal girl is (so sorry if I get name wrong) McKenzie. Both these ladies are so sweet. Dani really made me want to leave a review tho bc she really helped me out outfits together and was fabulous! They are normal not judgy or rude or hating their jobs where you can totally tell lol Example, Dani found me a cute long sleeve for my hubby on the clearance rack bc I said I wasn't trying to spend too much ($460 later🤣) she also looked at me without saying anything and knew I had on Payton style buckle jeans and had my size perfect! She brought over a few new ones that were rocking! There is one other girl that's sooo awesome I've only had once or twice but she helped me order those ball hammock boxer for my hubby in a certain print they didn't have in store and she just went threw them all with me and not like oh gosh here we go... she was like oh these are cute or naw not these lol she was awesome! Just a shout out to the whole erie store they really are great folks💕 Also let me add the clothing is so durable! I've had a pair of buckle jeans for years! It's become the only kind I like and I used to be a die hard AE girly. Yes some of the stuff seems pricey but when you was a knit top close to 100 times and it looks great still ima pay it! My wife and I stopped in so I could find a pair of jeans. Jayden was the sales rep that assisted us. She asked had asked if she could help, and I asked if they had any relaxed fit jeans in stock. She said yes (thank god, relaxed fit seems to be disappearing) and while walking to the correct pile of jeans, asked me my size. She pulled out the correct size immediately. The price shocked me (not a place I normally shop). I left for a bit, came back and tried on the jeans. Perfect fit. While browsing, she asked my wife if she had ever worn Buckle jeans before, and when she responded yes, we thought that was it. A few minutes later Jayden came back with a pair of jeans closely approximating the pants my wife was wearing, and in the exact size my wife wears (she had not asked my wife her size previously). She described the jeans in detail, why she selected them, how they were designed, and explaining that she noted the style of pant she was wearing. My wife tried them on and they were perfect. This is huge because my wife normally only wears low rise jeans, something not made anymore that we can tell. And here she found a new jean she would normally have ignored.

What a terrible store and a terrible manager!! I stood in what I thought was the line for over 15 minutes, one of the cashiers who looked up at me a bunch of times waited until I was about to walk up to the register finally told me "sorry sir, but the line starts back there." I've never been to this stupid store in My life and there's absolutely no sign that says line starts here. I Am filing a formal complaint against the store for not specifying where the line starts and the cashier, which also happens to be the manager for blantatly waiting until I got up to the register to tell me where the line started. Next time make sure you are paying more attention to your paying customers instead of just seeing...
