Gracylane — Local services in Millcreek Township

The ladies that work at gracylane at Millcreek Mall are always kind, helpful and attentive. It is an excellent place to purchase unique items for gift-giving or even for yourself. I would make a point of stopping in when you get up there. They are at a not-very-busy little hallway at the mall but it is worth the few extra steps.

PS- I don’t know what goes on at other gracylane locations but I do know that you get what you give. If you treat someone with respect, then you will get respect in return. If you do your job and you do it well, there is no need to be treated poorly by your boss- whether it is a supervisor or owner. And shame on those people that all walked out at that one store. What comes around, goes...

I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife, and saw Gracylane listed as an authorized reseller. I stopped in, but the item was not in stock. The very nice manager recommended another store in the mall that may have the item, and I went about my way. After realizing that they were receiving exactly what I was looking for the next day, the manager tracked me down across the mall to let me know. She took my information, and had another employee text me a picture when the item arrived the next day....

Great shop! Jordan is a disgruntled ex employee from Ohio.... PS... Jordan .. you wouldn't know me since you work in Ohio and not at the Erie store. I find it nutty that you would review a store you don't work at considering the staff at the Millcreek Mall is exceptional. It's my first stop for gifts and I never leave empty handed. The owner has a great eye and finds items unique to the Erie market. Keep up...
