It was my first visit. I wanted to see everything, & I did. I was looking at a bottle, didn't see a price, turned it over & to my chagrin, the top fell off & upon hitting the floor it broke. I looked around for a customer service person & didn't see one. I found one a few isles later & took her over to show her what I did. She was very courteous & assured me that it was ok, I told her the topper was under the shelf. I was really surprised that the topper wasn't somehow connected. All was good. I probably wanted one of everything in the store, but was a good girl & only purchased a few things. The same customer service person saw me sitting on a bench looking at a box. She asked me if she could help. I said I wanted to see if the item would work for my phone & I didn't want to tear open the package. She opened it for me & realized it wouldn't work. I didn't buy anything here; I was looking for an item that they didn't have. I felt compelled to write a review because I felt I was followed around the store. Every aisle I turned down, I ran into this same store employee. He never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Even when I walked out of the door, he followed me and went to supposedly straighten the carts outside. The final straw was he clearly said "Have a good day to someone who walked out after me."
